Building a brand identity and design language, resulting in a series of lightshades to fill a niche in the market. 

 

Minnow's lighting range is a series of three lightshades, woven from super thin, light transmitting wood, supported by a web of reclaimed copper or polypropylene.

 

The brief was to design a beautiful piece of homeware, made from natural, sustainable materials that could be produced simply by hand without setup costs. These have been received well in the market and have won two awards.
